Process

Four steps that fit on the back of a single page.

Every Wellumbrakls engagement runs through the same four-step cadence — Kickoff, Execution, Audit, Closeout — even when the scope is a one-month project. The shape stays the same so the deliverables stay comparable across counterparties.

01 Kickoff 02 Execution 03 Audit 04 Closeout
01

Kickoff

One scoping call on the phone. We agree on the counterparty, the scope, the deliverable, and the cadence — and we write it down. The agreement comes back as a one-pager, not a thirty-page document.

  • Scope, counterparty, and primary deliverable
  • Cadence, escalation contact, and on-call windows
  • Fees and payment terms
02

Execution

The bulk of the engagement. Daily phone if the cycle is hot, weekly written notes otherwise. Exceptions are logged where they happen, not retroactively.

  • Daily exception triage during active cycles
  • Photo-attached deviation log on the partner's drive
  • Standing Friday written summary, two paragraphs maximum
03

Audit

Mid-engagement and again at month-end. We line the operational record up against the bank statement, the partner ledger, and the service agreement. Anything that doesn't reconcile gets a paragraph in the variance section.

  • Statement, agreement, and invoice cross-check
  • Per-counterparty deviation summary
  • Partner sign-off on outstanding items
04

Closeout

A month-end pack — statement, agreement, invoice, deviation log, and a one-page narrative summary. Built for the partner's finance team to file once and find later.

  • PDF closeout pack with consistent file naming
  • Auditable trail from each invoice line to the underlying activity
  • Carry-forward note for the next cycle
